サザエさんの登場人物を言えるアメリカ人がいたらどう思う？
サザエさんと言えば、
日本で何十年も放送されている、
日本国民ならば誰でも知っている長寿番組だ。
もしもサザエさんについて理解できるアメリカ人がいたら
第一印象としては好感を持つことができると思う。
それと同じことがシンプソンズについても言えるだろう。
「お？この国のことを知ってくれているんだな。」
なんて思い悪い気はしないはずだ。
そんなアメリカの国民的アニメ「ザシンプソンズ」について
基本知識を身につけておこう。
シンプソンズの歴史
1989年12月に始まった放送依頼31年以上も続いている
アメリカのサザエさん的長寿番組である。
一話20分の完結編のアニメである。
1シーズンが1年で、
現在シーズン31まで放送されている。
内容は、
アメリカの中流階級を中心にストーリーが展開していく
基本的にはコメディであるが、
中にはブラックジョークや性的描写が生々しい事から
一応大人向けのアニメということになっている。

ホーマー・シンプソン
Homer is the main protagonist of The Simpsons.
He is the husband of Marge, and father to Bart, Lisa and Maggie Simpson.
He works as the nuclear safety inspector at the nuclear power plant.
マージ・シンプソン
Marge Simpson is the wife of Homer ad mother of Bart, Lisa and Maggie Simpson.
バート・シンプソン
Bart Simpson is the son of Homer and Marge Simpson.
His hobbies include skateboarding, reading comic books, playing video games and generally causing mischief.
リサ・シンプソン
Lisa Simpson is the middle child and most accomplished of the Simpson family.
She is a lover of music, especially jazz is her favorite.
She enjoys playing the saxophone.
She is the most intellectual member of the Simpson family.
マギー・シンプソン
Margaret Simpson is the youngest child of Marge and Homer, and sister to Bart and Lisa.
She loves her pacifier, on which she is always seen sucking.
