物語を面白くする要素とは？
マンガ、アニメ、ゲーム、映画などなど。
世の中には物語がたくさんある。
物語を面白くする秘密を知っているだろうか、それは。。。
「敵を作る」ことである。
敵を作ることで、読者と共感することができる。
これは日常の生活の中でもありえる。
例えば、
Aさん「あの部長怒りっぽいよね？」
Bさん「だよねー！」
こんな感じで「共通の敵」を作り出すことで共感できる。
それでは北欧神話における敵とは？
それは「ロキ」である。
北欧神話における悪役「ロキ」にまつわる話を英語で学んでみよう。

神々が住む国アズガルドの平和は、
雷神トールによって保たれている。
トールのおかげで巨人たちはアズガルドに攻めることができない。
トールがいなくてもアズガルドを守ることができるように
なんとかしたいアズガルドの神々たち。
During Thor’s absence, Asgurd became vulnerable.（脆弱な）
A stronger traveler appeared and claimed himself as a great builder.
He was willing to build the wall in record time, but as a reward he wanted a beautiful goddess, Freya（フレヤ） as his wife.
Loki thought that was a good idea.
Loki suggested the following term, if he does not complete the wall within that time frame, he will not get anything.
And then, Loki can build the rest of the wall, sparing（割く） great efforts.
The traveler was very strong and relied on the help of a powerful horse.
Time passed, the builder was almost finishing his task.
Odin was furious with Loki.（オーディンがぶちぎれたらロキはやばい。。。）
Loki turned himself into a beautiful horse and seduced the horse.
The traveler could not finish his work.
Some time later, Loki returned with an eight legged horse.
