笑うことは健康にいいことが証明されている。
お笑い療法というのがあるくらい笑いは体に密接に関係しているのである。
病気というのはストレスによって引き起こされるものがたくさんある。
笑うことによってストレスが軽減されて健康になるのである。
英語で笑いを勉強することで一石二鳥の効果を得ることができる。

３：お笑い番組紹介
今回はアメリカで人気のお笑い番組「Saturday Night Live」を紹介しよう。
この番組はアメリカで30年以上放送されている人気番組である。
司会、ゲストホスト1名、アーティスト1名で構成される。
かなりの有名人も出演しており、この番組で勉強すればアメリカの文化の一面が見れるにちがいない。
下で紹介する動画は「Friends」でおなじみの「Jennifer Aniston」をネタにしたものである。
かなり似ていたと思う。
