Kaoru Kamiya is a young kendo instructor and the owner of the Kamiya Dojo. She is strong-willed, compassionate, and often acts as Kenshin’s moral support. She becomes one of his closest friends and love interest.
相楽左之助 (Sagara Sanosuke)
相楽左之助は、力強く情熱的な戦士で、もともとは街の喧嘩屋でした。剣心の親友であり味方となります。勇敢で忠実、正義感が強いですが、時々衝動的に行動することがあります。
Sanosuke Sagara is a strong and fiery fighter who initially works as a street brawler. He becomes one of Kenshin’s closest allies. He is brave, loyal, and has a strong sense of justice, though he sometimes acts impulsively.
四乃森蒼紫（Shinomori Aoshi）
四乃森蒼紫は、忍者のような情報部隊「忍者万衆」のリーダーです。冷静で規律正しく、剣術の腕は非常に高いです。最初は敵として登場しますが、後に剣心の味方になります。
Aoshi Shinomori is the leader of the Oniwabanshū, a group of elite spies. He is calm, disciplined, and extremely skilled in swordsmanship. Initially an antagonist, he later becomes an ally of Kenshin.
斎藤一 (Saitō Hajime)
斎藤一は、元新撰組の隊長で、明治時代には警察官として働きます。真面目で厳格、剣術に優れています。剣心としばしば衝突しますが、互いに尊敬の念を持っています。
Hajime Saitō is a former captain of the Shinsengumi and a police officer during the Meiji era. He is serious, strict, and highly skilled with the sword. He often clashes with Kenshin but shares a mutual respect with him.
志々雄真実 (Shishio Makoto)
志々雄真実は、京都編の主要な敵です。冷酷で狡猾な元暗殺者で、明治政府を倒そうと企んでいます。裏切りで火傷を負ったため、体は包帯で覆われています。非常に危険で、戦略家としても優れています。
Shishio Makoto is the main villain of the Kyoto Arc. He is a ruthless and cunning former assassin who wants to overthrow the Meiji government. His body is wrapped in bandages because of burns from being betrayed. He is extremely dangerous and a brilliant strategist.
