Two two delivery on the way. Down to the third! That’s gonna be a fair ball. It’ll roll into foul territory and into the corner.
Onto second base while still rolling around. Thinking about three! They got a chance all the way through and he’s out! A perfect one hop throw! As Trey Mancini had to chase it down, trying to get three and ran out of his shoe in the process.
ツーツーのカウント、ピッチが来た！
三塁線へ――フェアボールです！ 打球はファウルゾーンに転がり込み、コーナーまで到達！
打者は二塁へ向かいます、まだボールは転がっている！ 三塁も狙うか！？
送球が来る――間一髪！ アウト！ 完璧なワンバウンド送球！
トレイ・マンシーニがボールを追いかけて三塁を狙ったが、
その途中でなんとスパイクが脱げてしまいました！

A perfect one hop throw（ワンバンの送球）!
As Trey Mancini had to chase it down, trying to get three and ran out of his shoe in the process.
マンシニが追いかけている間に、三塁を狙いましたが靴が脱げました。
スパイクが脱げた？②
What a flat tire! That’s why he got thrown out. But take a look at the shoe. There it goes! Loses a little bit of traction. Nice tag by Peterson. His shoe is actually coming off at this point
and there it goes. So that certainly hampered his running ability to get the 3rd base. As you mentioned Mancini bobbled the ball in left field and that’s when he decided to go to 3rd.
Blew out of tire.

靴を見てください。ほら、脱げてる！ ちょっとグリップを失いましたね。
ピーターソンのナイスタグ。実際、この時点でもう靴が脱げかけてます。
そして完全に脱げました。これじゃあ三塁まで走るのは難しかったでしょう。
おまけに、マンシーニがレフトでボールを少しこぼしたのを見て、
三塁を狙おうとしたんですが――靴が脱げてスピードが落ちました。
まさに“タイヤが吹っ飛んだ（blew out a tire）”状態ですね。」

So that certainly hampered（妨げる） his running ability to get the 3rd base.

As you mentioned Mancini bobbled（お手玉する） the ball in left field and that’s when he decided to go to 3rd.
言われました通り、マンシニがレフトでお手玉をしていたので、３塁に行こうとしたのです。
観客のせい？
Left hander’s delivery! Inside-out swing right field down the line not particularly deep foul territory. Lost it! Had it lined up, Steve Pearce starting at 1st base, and then it disappeared on him. I don’t know if it disappeared or somebody in the stands
might have called him, because he just stopped. He looked like he was all over it, had a pretty good bead right there and then he just pulls back and lets it drop and watch him look into the stands.
左投手の投球！ インサイドアウトのスイングで、右方向のライン際――そんなに深くないファウルゾーンです。
落とした！ スティーブ・ピアース、今日はファーストを守っていますが、
最初はしっかり捕球体勢に入っていたんです。ところが突然、ボールを見失ったようです。
消えたのか、それともスタンドの誰かが声をかけたのかもしれません。
完全にボールを追えていたのに、途中でピタッと止まって、ボールを落としました。
彼の視線を見てください――スタンドの方を見上げていますね。

He looked like he was all over（支配下にある） it, had a pretty good bead（狙いを定めている） right there and then he just pulls back and lets it drop and watch him look into the stands.
折れたバットが！
A little soft liner and the bat goes flying right at Sogard and knocks him down after he makes the catch. I have never seen this before where the bat winds up hitting the guy that takes the ball. It’s incredible. Good job by Sogard to focus on the baseball and make the play.
ちょっとしたソフトライナー（やわらかい打球）！ そしてバットがすっ飛んで――ソガードの方へ飛んできて、
キャッチしたあとに彼を直撃して倒しました！
こんなの見たことがありません。ボールを捕った選手にバットが当たるなんて、信じられない。
ソガードはよく集中してボールを捕りましたね。すばらしいプレーです。

折れたバットが！②
You see a lot of broken bats. You see them flying into the stands, but not too often you see a guy out in the field get hit by it clipped him, sent him down. Now up until seeing Sogard make this play, Marty Feldman the only guy I ever thought would make the play.
折れたバットが観客席に飛んでいくのはよく見るけど、
フィールドにいる選手がバットに当たるなんて、めったにないよね。
ソガードはそれに当たって倒れたんだ。
それにしても、ソガードがあのプレーをしたのを見た今までは、
俺の中では“マーティ・フェルドマン”だけがそんなプレーをするやつだと思ってたよ。

ソガードのこのプレイを見るまでは、マーティフェルドマンくらいしかそんなことができるのを見たことがありませんでした。
