It was possibly went through a door out there in the right field.
But literally he was gone!

The pitcher then has to pitch with that hand for the entire at-bat. Any switch must be clearly indicated to the umpire. No warm-up pitches during the change.
ピッチャーがどちらの手のグラブをはめてマウンドのゴム板に接触するかが、決定的な要素となります。
その後、打者はどちらの打席から打つかを選ぶことができます。
