Yesterday was a day full of surprises. First, I was appalled at how dirty the office had become over the weekend. It looked nothing like the divine workplace we had designed. I realized it was destined to fall into chaos without strict disciplinary rules. When my boss arrived, he was flabbergasted by the mess. He shouted at the habitual offenders who always left trash behind. An impulsive intern tried to explain, but he was completely oblivious to how serious the situation was. The boss reminded everyone that cleaning the office is obligatory for all staff.
As the meeting continued, one employee collapsed prostrate on the floor from exhaustion, which made everyone concerned. The manager took a pragmatic approach and suggested hiring a cleaning service.
