ラオウ
ラオウはケンシロウの兄弟子で野望を持つ格闘家である。力で世界の覇者になろうとする。悪役であるが、強い誇りを持っている。
Raoh is Kenshiro’s eldest rival and an ambitious martial artist. He seeks to become the king of the world using his strength. Despite being a villain, he has a strong sense of honor.
トキ
トキはケンシロウの優しく思いやりのある兄弟子である。北斗神拳の使い手で、病気や負傷した人々を助ける。しかし、致命的な病を抱えている。
Toki is Kenshiro’s gentle and compassionate older brother. He also knows Hokuto Shinken and helps sick or injured people. Unfortunately, he suffers from a fatal disease.
レイ
レイは南斗聖拳の達人である。無実の人々を守り、愛する者に加えられた悪を討つために戦う。速さと正確さで知られる。
Rei is a skilled warrior of the Nanto Seiken style. He fights to protect the innocent and avenge wrongs done to his loved ones. He is known for his speed and precision.
シン
シンは南斗白鷺拳の使い手で、当初はケンシロウの敵である。ユリアを奪ったことでケンシロウと対立する。その後、自分の行動の結果を理解する。

バット
