I would first have a private conversation with the team member to understand why the deadlines were missed. There may be personal or work-related challenges that need to be addressed. After that, I would help them prioritize tasks and set smaller, achievable goals to meet future deadlines. Additionally, offering support or extra resources may help prevent this from happening again.”

(Example Question: Do you think it’s better to work for a small company or a large company? Why?)

Sample Answer: “In my opinion, working for a small company has several advantages. First, in a small company, you often get to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities, which helps you learn and grow faster. There’s also a closer relationship between employees, which creates a more personal and supportive work environment. On the other hand, large companies may offer more resources and opportunities for promotion, but I think the sense of community and the chance to make a direct impact is stronger in small companies.”
